As for us, we are continuing in our ongoing process of upgrading our facilities and materials in order to afford you better service. Our operatory equipment does have only bottled, distilled water through our equipment lines so to avoid the biofilm contamination problem that might occur with use of public water. We use only tooth-colored composite, non-mercury containing restorations, hopefully contributing to a safer environment for everyone. For those of you that require caps or crowns containing a metal substructure, I insist on using only precious, high noble metals. We use no base metals in our crowns, avoiding the possibility of metal allergies that occurred elsewhere to many people who have sensitivities to nickel and other base metals. We even offer metal free partial dentures, with no metal clasps in some cases. New advances in porcelain technology also allow us to offer ceramic, bonded, metal-free crowns and metal–free lab processed conservative composite onlays for the optimum in aesthetics and durability. Yes, our costs for these materials are higher, but I feel your smile is worth it. Our mission statement centers on achieving quality of service and excellence in materials and design whenever possible. We remain a fee for service office because our first priority is the quality of care we wish to offer and we do not have discounted services.

I remain firmly committed to the concept of extensive ongoing continuing education, attending lectures and participation coursework at least three to five times per year. It seems I have accumulated over 1100 hours in the past five years. I feel it is important to keep current and present to you the latest knowledge and alternatives available in my field. For my current patients, I remain grateful for the opportunity to serve you and thank you for your continued confidence in our office and me. I have been glad to share in your lives, your joys and sometimes your sorrows. My staff and I always look forward to seeing you again. Your presence in our lives enriches our days with many good memories.

Sincerely, Dr. Natalie Ann Amann and Staff
